Bonnie Wallace offers yoga as a therapy aid for the physical body as well as the mind. Yoga found its home in her heart 8 years ago through the search for pain relief from a shoulder injury. After experiencing not only physical relief, but an even more profound mental development and honest insight into her whole being, she attributes her ever growing foundation to this practice and realized that she must pay it forward and share a glimpse of the power of Yoga through teaching. She has happily found her natural niche in the ParaYoga tradition and will be certified in this powerful mix of Tantra and Hatha by 2018. Focusing on using the body and the power of the mind to heal those things which hinder us, and to strengthen the areas that need dusting off and polished. She combines anatomical alignment, controlled dynamic movements and Pranayama that make for unique asanas and cultivation of awareness.
