My introduction to yoga came in 1980 as a 1-credit class in college to fulfill a Physical Education requirement. For the past 37+ years since taking that class, yoga, in one form or another, has always been a part of my life! I’m originally from the East Coast, George and I moved to Utah last spring and LOVE it! Of course besides yoga, and George, my passion are my Puggles, Boogie and Minnie. I completed my 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and am a recent graduate of The Dharana Method Meditation 100-hour Teacher Training. My goal is to create a practice to enhance life regardless of age, size or limitations. exercise or fitness regime. I want students to find, as I did, a passion for yoga and meditation. My classes are a mix of Baptiste-style power yoga and vinyasa and restorative styles.
