Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras have guided students for centuries. The sutras outline 8 limbs of yoga, each of which support current neuroscience and psychology trends. The sutras offer practical teachings that decrease our suffering and increase feelings of peace, contentment and connection. Join Heather and Rachel as they explore each limb through lecture, discussion, and practices, including asana, meditation and pranayama.
