What is Kalari Movement?
Kalari Movement is a group of dedicated practitioners and teachers of Kalaripayattu, working together to share the health and wellness benefits of this powerful ancient martial art. Through the traditional practices of the lineage of CM Sherif, Kalari builds strength, focus, confidence and promotes balance and healing in mind and body.
Lesha, Heather and Stef are part of the first group of teachers trained and certified to teach Kalari Movement. Together they have 8 years of training in Kalari, learning from some of the first teachers to bring this practice to the United States.
