LENA DIBBLE originally took yoga teacher training to grow her practice, but quickly realized she loved teaching and sharing yoga with others. She enjoys seeing people try new things and grow in confidence. Lena’s aim is to help people challenge themselves safely, and encourage variations that work for each individual, in each circumstance. She learned: even if you spend the whole class in child’s pose, if you’re listening to your body, you’re doing the yoga you need that day.
Lena is originally from the southwest of England and came to the U of U to study public health, where she learned to love the mountain desert. She now works in tech marketing, with a focus on financial and health sectors. Outside work and yoga, she loves to read, climb, ski (badly), and enjoy the local arts scene.
