SARAH RICKETTS started practicing yoga as a way to cope with the stress of a demanding job in the financial industry and as a supplement to running, hiking and playing soccer. She quickly realized the practice was benefitting her life in more ways than expected. Five years later she left her job to spend more time with family and explore a new career path. As yoga became a bigger part of her life, she decided to enroll in We Are Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training. In the fall of 2014, Sarah combined her love of yoga and desire to re-enter the business world and took over ownership of We Are Yoga. She brings a love of community and yoga and strives to make all her classes welcoming and approachable.
