Yoga for Teens with Kerry DelMastro
to create balance in the mind and body
This series will balance strength with flexibility; energy with calmness; and independence with compassion. A four-week series to introduce teens ages 13-17 to the practice of yoga while incorporating “mat chats” to process feelings, thoughts and reactions regarding challenges faced by teens.
Wednesdays, April 19 – May 10
4:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

This series is led by Kerry DelMastro, RYT 200, a trained yoga instructor who is also a Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Utah. Some of the benefits of yoga are: mind/body awareness, stress reduction, increased flexibility, increased self-confidence and increased strength and energy. Yoga provides a way to be active without competition while teaching acceptance and tolerance of one’s self and others.
