A sneak peak into Rachel’s Your Brain on Yoga course.
We’ll review the premises of this 8-week course and begin to investigate how mindfulness practices can strengthen and rewire your brain. Through lecture, guided meditation, gentle movement, and reflection, we explore the confluence between mindfulness, psychology and neuroscience.
