Membership / Pass Expiration Policy
Membership Policies: Multi-class, One Month and Monthly Unlimited Yoga passes purchased at We Are Yoga are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are valid for the time indicated for that pass. Exceptions to the expiry date of multi-class passes are permitted only due to illness or injury. If this applies to you, please inform the Studio immediately, so we may credit you for the amount of time/classes you will miss, starting from the date you informed us. For an auto-pay Monthly Unlimited memberships, after 90 days, you may cancel any time with only 30 days written notice. ??If you do not cancel, you will continue to be billed on a monthly basis at our Monthly Unlimited Payment Rate.
Workshops & Special Events??? Cancellations
If We Are Yoga must cancel the event, we will refund your deposit/payment, apply it to the rescheduled event, or issue a store credit to you, at our discretion. For cancellations at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student can request a We Are Yoga store credit for the amount paid less any applicable deposit amount for the program. For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student may request a We Are Yoga store credit for the amount paid less any deposit amount and a 20% change fee. For cancellations 24 hours or less before the event, no refunds or credit will be given
