Saturdays Vinyasa Level 1 at 8:00 a.m.
In Dominique’s class, expect to challenge both your body and your beliefs about yourself. While building strength, flexibility and mental clarity, students get to laugh and play a little, and leave with a takeaway message to ponder off the mat. Dominique has found yoga to be a healthy approach to life’s challenges and an opportunity to connect with others in the community, and wants to share this with her students. Her goal as a teacher is to reach students of all backgrounds, ages, sizes, and abilities. Classes are mixed level and can include both Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga styles.
Dominique has been teaching since 2010 and has her E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance teaching certification through the University of Utah and Prana Yoga. She thanks her greatest teaching influences: Bob Hoffa, Scott Moore, Vicki Yost and Jennifer Ellen Mueller.
